OPEN CALL

Terre des hommes Hellas is pleased to invite you to a training on the Mental Health and Psychosocial (MHPSS) methodology ReachNow (Community Case Detection Tool), in the context of the WELL-U project. This methodology is a proactive case identification tool designed to facilitate the identification of children aged 6 to 18 in need of mental healthcare or with protection needs and encourage help-seeking. ReachNow consists of illustrated case stories depicting culturally relevant examples of childhood psychological distress and family-related problems. The illustrations are paired with a simple decision diagram to allow trained community members to identify children and families in need of support and encourage them to seek further support.

Who can apply?

The training is intended for members of the Ukrainian community in Greece as well as professionals working with children. It is particularly suitable for educators and facilitators of activities for children.

Useful information on the training:

  • Dates: 21 – 22 September (2 days/ 14 hours)
  • Location: Domotel Olympia Hotel, Olympou 65 Str, Thessaloniki
  • Training Language: Greek

We invite those interested in participating to register here until 31/08/2023.
