This manual, developed within the INTACT project, serves as a practical resource for sports coaches and trainers working with refugee and migrant children and youth. It introduces the core principles of Trauma-Informed Adventure Therapy (TIAT), offering guidance on how outdoor and adventure-based activities can support emotional well-being, resilience, and social inclusion.
