The new Guide aims to invite, inspire, and encourage justice sector colleagues to implement a project structure called "twinning arrangement." This is a relatively young international public administration tool that is evolving, gathering valuable experience with each application. The guide, based on insights from the i-RESTORE 2.0 program, explains why this structure aligns philosophically with restorative justice for children and provides practical recommendations for its design. It offers hands-on, flexible advice, featuring examples and reflections from project members, with the goal of continuous improvement and refinement.
